Film Clip for Groups and Teams Session

I need clips to show the following ideas...  This is what I have come up with, so far:

  • Synergy:  Absolutely Fabulous clips (French and Saunders)...  Brassed Off?
  • Creative Conflict (arguments that are productive): Antz?  Norma Rae?  Queen and Tony Blair in 'The Queen'?
  • Diversity:  What Women Want..  Benefits of different perspectives...  Need better ones though!
  • Mentoring:  Karate Kid, Good Will Hunting, Fight Club...  All have strong mentors (all men though, and this is a course for women)
  • Unanticipated Adverse Situations:  Shawshank Redemption, Erin Brockovich, Braveheart, The Insider
  • Contrasting Leadership Roles (autocratic versus participatory):  The Queen- Queen's response versus Tony Blair's, to Diana's Death
  • Stereotyping Minorities: Office Space, In the Name of the Father, Mississippi Burning (interview with local residents)

Classics that I want to see soon;  Hoffa, Working Girl, Kill Bill, Babe the pig

'Extreme' Corporate Culture clips

'KPMG: We're smart as can be'...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTqIN1ZJPAI  The Ernst and Young, 'Oh Happy Day' song... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MaIq9o1H1yo

Clip for OB Lecture on Motivation

I found this clip useful for discussing 'white collar motivation'.   It's a little bit focussed on Enron though- and students are suspicious of this, as an 'extreme' case, and thus not to be trusted.  Any other useful clips for Motivation as a topic?  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CFk4ivlvvrw
